Fall/X-mas 2004 -
Fred Schock
"In 1987, I attended a workshop that inspired me beyond belief.
From time to time, I love to copy masterpieces and there is no
one better to emulate than Sam Maloof, who was the presenter of
that workshop.
That started me on a path that has led to making many pieces based
on his designs. At first, pedestal tables. Later came music stands
and, just recently, I completed this rocking chair, his signature
piece. Made from walnut, all of the parts came from the same log."

Winter/Christmas 2003 -
Quartlow
This is a small bowl Quartlow turned from a small maple knot.
It is 4.5 inches in diameter and 2.5 inches tall with a walnut
base. The voids at the base where filled with epoxy and purple
glitter.

May 2003 - Larry
Larry's version of Norm's island, with three horizontal drawers
on the left instead of two vertical ones, and a commercially supplied
counter top to match the rest of the kitchen. (the other cabinets
are ... KitchenMaid, he thinks) ... His wife did the knobs.

April 2003- PineyWoods
Here's a small jewelry box PineyWoods built to practice his dovetail
skills. He had some nice pieces of curly maple to play with.

March 2003 - Alan Young
This is a music stand Alan designed and built out of Cherry. It
adjusts veritcally and horizantally.
